Export Full Backup (JSON)
What it does: downloads
mozeart-os-YYYY-MM-DD.json — a complete snapshot of every project, contact, task, milestone, transaction, back-pay entry, checklist item, and payroll log. Use this to: back up before clearing data, move to another browser, or share with someone. Restore with: "Import JSON" below.Export Spreadsheet (CSV)
What it does: downloads a CSV with your tasks, invoices, and back pay rows. Use this to: open in Excel / Numbers / Google Sheets for quick filtering or sharing with your bookkeeper. Cannot be re-imported — it's read-only.
Import JSON Backup
What it does: replaces your current data with the contents of a previously-exported
mozeart-os-*.json file. Use this to: restore after clearing data or move data from another device. Warning: this overwrites everything currently in the app.Import Legacy Backupv1 → v2
What it does: reads an old v1 backup file (the
mozeart_* localStorage format with 500+ raw transactions) and merges the transactions, real Chase balances, contacts, and back-pay records into this v2 app. Use this to: pull your full 557-transaction history from the original Chase imports into the new build.Clear All Data
What it does: permanently deletes every project, task, contact, transaction, back-pay record, checklist item, and payroll entry from this browser. Cannot be undone. The page will reload with the original seed data only. Export a JSON backup first if you might want this back.

⚠ Cloud sync is not yet wired up. It would back up your data to Google Drive automatically and let you open the same data on any device. Requires Google OAuth (above) + a Netlify Function. Until then, use Export / Import to move data between devices.
